Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products (instant download), we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
Exceptions (full refund)
We will happily issue a full refund if:
- You were unable to download the files due to a technical issue on our end
- The product was significantly different from its description
- You were charged twice for the same order
How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@rismello.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Free products
Free sample downloads are non-refundable (they're free!).
